Jeff Levy, Of Counsel to the firm, represents clients in commercial litigation, contract negotiations and employment matters. A former big-firm lawyer, Jeff has the expertise to tackle the most challenging and complex legal problems, but he also understands that the usual big-firm approach doesn’t work in every case or for every client. Jeff has extensive courtroom experience, and has successfully resolved many cases through mediation and arbitration. Outside of court, Jeff has negotiated and drafted employment and severance contracts, licensing agreements, commercial leases, and agreements for the purchase and sale of privately held businesses.
